- comments: observed evidence of 3- live roaches crawling on counter top underneath coffee machine and lower wall base at ice cream freezer. Also,appx. 6- live small flies on wall,inside of garbage can and on side of donut display case. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 7/14/22. - comments: observed ice not protected during storage inside of ice machine. Observed front panel of ice machine missing and laying on floor next to ice machine. Must repair or replace lid to prevent cross contamination. (priority foundation 7-38-005)(citation issued)

- comments: observed ice scoop stored on top of ice machine. Must store ice scoop in a clean container when not in use.
