- comments: observed improper temperature of tcs foods such as 15lbs. Prepackaged turkey at 68. 7f inside of walk in cooler and 50 1/2 pints milk 46. 4f. Product was discarded by manager. Must have cold holding foods at 41. 0f or below. Appx. 6. 25 gallons,15lbs. $36. 10. (cos)(priority 7-38-005)

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings in lower cabinet at 1- compartment sink. On floor in office behind file cabinet,on floor under both serving line cabinets. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 10/20/21. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: must repair or replace worn door gasket on walk in cooler. Must eliminate crates used for food storage and provide adequate shelving units.

- comments: must clean debris build up on interior panel of ice machine.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: must repair or replace leaky pipe at 3- compartment sink,1st & 2nd fl. Boy's(n) low water pressure and adjust faucet handles to stay on longer. 1st fl boy's & 2nd fl. Girl's(n) in poor repair.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage dumpsters in poor repair. Observed lids missing and damaged on both dumpsters. Must repair or replace to be tight fitting. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: must repair or replace damaged and missing wall bases at pillars in lunch room.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed no food handlers training for some employees. Must provide and maintain.
