- comments: observed pest activity on premises. Found glueboards full of roaches (some were still alive) on the floor under the front counter. Observed mouse droppings on the floor of the hall leading to the rear area, behind front counter and in dishwashing area behind and around equipment. Instructed to clean all affected areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.

- comments: observed excessive grease and food debris build up inside of fryer cabinet,grill table,meat slicer,prep tables,steam table lids,3- compartment sink & hand sink in toilet room,interior parts of ice machine,storage shelves,tool storage shelf,soda caddy,pop cooler,window sills.

- comments: must install a back flow device on ice machine and water line for coffee.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: the interior of the toilet bowl is rusted; instructed to clean toilet bowl to remove rust stains.
