- comments: observed no certified food managers certificate posted. The premises serves tcs foods: fish, rice, etc. Instructed the person in charge they must provide and maintain post certificates visible to customers. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no handwashing signage at expose hnadsink, located in the rear dishwashing area. Instructed the person in charge to provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks and maintain them.

- comments: observed cardboard used as a liner on shelving units in the rear preparation area. Instructed the person in charge to remove all cardboard from shelving units. All food and non-food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.
