- comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings on floor under pallets in rear storage area,under all liquor display shelves at front service counter and under food display shelves on sales floor. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/1/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed an appx. "1-2" gap along bottom of front entry door must make door tight fitting.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: must eliminate crates used for storage throughout and provide adequate shelving units. Must remove rust from some display shelves on sales floor and behind service counter.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean dust & dirt build up from overhead cigarette caddy,display shelves throughout,walk in cooler fanguard covers, drink sleeves & shelving units,compressor units. Must defrost ice build up from frozen food and ice cream freezers.

- comments: must eliminate cardboard boxes used for garbage and provide adequate garbage cans.

- comments: must repair or replace rear door trims in poor repair,hole in ceiling at front window on sales floor,hole in wall outside of walk in cooler,damaged floor tiles throughout rear liquor areas and service counter.
