- comments: observed no written employee health policy on the premises. Management instructed to have a signed employee health policy for each employee. Priority foundation 7-38-010. No citation issued

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sinks in rear meat counter area and rear cutting area. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of hand washing sinks and prep areas. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed exposed hand washing sink draining slow in rear pork carnitas prep area. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from inspection report#2303523 on 07/23/2019. #55 repair the corner of the wall in the produce prep area where the wall tiles were removed. #56 must provide adequate lighting in the produce prep area. #57 no food handler certificates were provided for food handling employees. Management instructed to show proof of training for all employees. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
