Yesterday afternoon I got a steak and harrissa bowl, the rice was really undercooked (crunchy) but didn't taste off. I didn't eat very much of it, a few hours later I was nauseous with stomach cramps. The stomach cramps have so far lasted around 28h on and off, mild to moderate severity. My roommate got a DIY bowl at the same time (saffron rice, falafel, regular hummus, crazy feta, pickled onions, feta, kalamata olives, spicy broccoli, garlic sauce, unsure if there were more ingredients), theirs did not taste undercooked or off. They finished their entire bowl. They had extremely severe painful stomach cramps around 4h later, they vomited an hour after that and went to bed. The cramps lasted all night, this morning it was so severe they were worried it might have been appendicitis. They've been in extremely intense pain constantly since 4h after eating yesterday. Literally I can’t believe how exact this experience is to mine last night, I was rushed to the hospital because I was vomiting so much my nose started to bleed, I had cava on greenhouse in Katy Texas and pretty much the exact same bowl with a few extras
Same with me. Had Cava yesterday in Jacksonville, Florida, and had diarrhea all night. Still experiencing stomach cramps.
