Carnitas Bowl Illness Alert - Chipotle,

Date of meal was 10/31/15 @ 3:30 PM: My wife and I shared a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, carnitas, pico de gallo, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. We both felt completely fine throughout the rest of the afternoon/evening until late evening/early morning when my wife started making frequent trips to the bathroom with diarrhea. It has been touch and go since then with stomach cramps, nausea and hot flashes. I'm experiencing nausea and nearing a fever but that has been the extent of my illness. With Chipotle recently pulling their carnitas earlier in the year, I hope this incident isn't related and that they are performing individual audits on the cleanliness of each their locations. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Nausea
