I ate January 6th around 11:15 am. I had the bowl with brown rice, sofritas, black beans, corn, medium sauce, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. After 30 minutes of eating it I began to work at my restaurant and felt nauseous. I tried sipping water to calm the nausea, but I ended up throwing up my food shortly after. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
