For lunch I ordered a chicken burrito, Brown rice, tomato salsa,cheese,sour cream and lettuce. Chips with guac and corn salsa. The next day I began feelin nauseas and tired around 9am. Around 6pm that evening I had horrible diarrhea and vomiting that lasted through the night and following day. I Missed 2 days of work, and have never felt so awful. I will never eat at chipotle again. I Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
