I ate their bowl pork with white rice, pinto beans, red salsa mild, cheese sour crab lettuce guacamole. I ate it about 1:20 pm on June 5 I did notice a sour taste to the salsa that was on it but i still ate it thinking they maybe changed the salsa recipe? About 3:30 pm i started to get a very bad headache i took 2 ecedrin but it wasn’t helping and kept getting worse and my stomach was hurting. I vomited for about 2 hours and had diarrhea. This bowl was the only food i had eaten that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
