Barbacoa burrito, corn salsa, tomato salsa, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, and a side of guacamole (the chips were forgotten) was ordered and eaten 3/10 Around 8:30pm. I was awoken with severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, and near vomiting around 4:30am 3/12 and persisting throughout the day and currently. Other food eaten within the 48 hours consisted of processed and properly cooked non-meat foods at home. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
