While on lunch break, I ordered a steak burrito bowl from the Chipotle on Cherry Hill Rd in Silver Spring, MD. I ordered brown rice, black beans, steak, corn, tomatoe, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and guac. After eating I felt very bloated and full. Throughout the day I felt increasingly nauseous. By 7pm I started throwing up and having diarrhea. This lasted all through the night until the next morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
