Picked up food at 5:30pm took it home and started eating at 6:00pm. Ate less than half of a chicken bowl, half brown rice, half white rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Ate Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and about 5 dried apricots. At 11:30pm started feeling abdominal fullness and cramping. At 12am I had bad diarrhea. Went back to sleep and woke up at 3:30am with pain in chest. Vomited 5 times and say on the bathroom door until 7am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps
