I ate a chicken bowl around noon on aug 1st with white rice black beans, cheese, sour cream, corn relish, lettuce, mild and hot salsa, gaucemole and chips. Within 30 minutes had a stomach ache like it didn't agree which does not usually happen to me when I eat this regularly. Something about it wasn't as good tasting as normal and noticed the lettuce was bad and was the last handful the lady could scrape from the pan. Symptoms of diarrhea, gurgling, churning stomach pain all day.. 8 pm I started feeling muscle aches, can't stop going diarrhea.. 9pm manage to get down family dinner trying to feel better..10 pm rolls around and my stomach churning turns into feeling like I need to throw up... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
