I ate Chipotle around 4pm on June 7th, I had a veggie bowl brown rice, black beans, green salsa, reg salsa, corn, lettuce, and guacamole. I got a headache and nausea after an hour or two of eating it. The next morning, today June 8th, I've woken up and haven't stopped throwing up and I have cold chills. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
