Chicken Bowl Illness: Lettuce?

My wife and I got this food 7/17/22 around 6:30ish. She was up at 12:30am throwing up and having Diarrhea all night and into this morning. I was fine. We both got chicken bowls but she got lettuce and pico with hers.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
