Burrito Bowl Illness Ordeal - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Raleigh North Carolina

On April 14, 2020 I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, tomato salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, cheese and romaine lettuce through Uber Eats. After 3 hour of eating the food, i started feeling bad, my stomach started cramping. I was sick with Diarrhea, Vomiting, a bad headache and was very Nausea for 7 days. I called to the hospital and spoke with an nurse that was on duty and told her what my symptoms was and it didn't started until after i eaten food from there and she said it sounds like i have food poison. I let it run its course but i was in bed the entire time. It was a very bad feeling and it was my first time ever getting food poison. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Headache
