I visited chipotle on Sunday August 21st. I ordered a chicken bowl with rice, black beans, cheese, chicken, sour cream, mild salsa and guacamole. By Monday night I had sever nausea, shakes, chills, fever and diherra. After 3 days I visited an urgent care and got a pill to take away nausea but I still have symptoms. I'm visiting hospital tommorow to get official diagnosis but my mom who is an RN says I have either salmonella or another kind of bacterial infection. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills
