Had lunch on January 22 2018 which included Romain lettuce, chicken,black beans, mild tomato salsa, spicy green Verde salsa, guacamole and corn salsa .

My daughter ate all the above ingredients minus the spicy green Verde salsa and did not have corn salsa nor did she have the Romain lettuce she had her bowl on rice and she has no food poisoning symptoms .

Symptoms include severe diarrhea . Will follow up with doctors visit , and will not be eating at this restaurant again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
