Yesterday (9/30/2018) I ate at chipotle in Myrtle Beach SC for dinner and got sick a few hours later. I ate a steak bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, mild sauce, sour cream, corn and cheese. I threw up pretty much the entire amount of the bowl I had eaten. I have been in bed all day today in and out of sleeping, getting the chills, going to the bathroom and not able to do anything. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
