Ate at there on Sunday June 23, 2019. Had bowl with brown rice, carnitas, mild salsa, corn, and sour cream. Had fever and chills Sunday evening. No appetite. Tuesday had diarrhea, Me husband and I had food there, similar food, he is fine. He did not have sour cream. Symptoms started 5 hours after meal. | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Chills, Loss of Appetite
