I ate at Chipotle in Liberia Avenue on November 9th, the unrelenting diarrhea and nausea started early Sunday morning and have continued since then. I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, sofritas, pico de Gallo, corn salsa, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. My daughter had the same but with white rice, chicken, and green salsa so I’m thinking it was either rice, sofritos, or the corn salsa. This is the only food out of my normal routine that I have consumed in the 24-72 hours prior to the onset of the symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Just an amendment, I did have a doctor visit on November 15 and was prescribed cipro. Diarrhea increased a lot over the evening and this morning. I spent the day in the ER for hydration.
