On 05/23/19 I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans steak, cheese sour cream guacamole and lettuce. I have never felt the stomach craps that it gave me. I threw up both ends for the next 12 hours followed by a sever headache and body weakness. That was my first and only meal that day. I’ll never be back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Headache
