I had a steak bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, cheese, guacamole, and a little sour cream around 6 pm yesterday. Around 9, I felt a little gassy. I went to bed around 9:30 and woke up around 11:30 with bad stomach cramps and had diarrhea twice. I was up all night until about 8 am with the cramping.
