Barbacoa Burrito Bowl Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wichita Kansas

OnNovember 15, 2017, I ate part of a barbacoa burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Stomach cramps and pain started about two hours later. Nausea started about six hours later with vomiting shortly thereafter. I threw from around 7 pm until 5 am the next morning, and then I had some diarrhea that day. The pain in my stomach was the worst part and lasted for three days after the incident.
My husband also got a burrito bowl, but his had black beans, chicken, no veggies, sour cream, or lettuce. He had some cramps but no sickness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
