Went in around 3pm and ate a bowl with white rice, black beans, quest, guacamole, salad, and hot sauce. Within a couple of hours I had a stomach ache and 4 hours later I had chills and a fever. Began vomiting and having diarrhea after 5 hours. Didn’t eat anything else the entire day.
