I ordered a steak burrito bowl that had, green salsa, pico, corn salsa, lettuce, queso, black beans and white rice. I also ordered a large chips and guacamole on Saturday 8/27. On Sunday 8/28 I woke up at 6am with extreme pain and began having diarrhea as well as throwing up from 6am until 5 am on 8/29. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
