On 4/20 I order this. I order carnitas bowl pinto beans, cheese, guacamole, brown rice, chips, tomato salsa. My food was delivered at 1:25pm by 2:30pm It started with cramps then diarrhea, I've never had cramps o diarrhea like that. I stopped every 5 to 10 minutes to use the rest room any where even on the side of a building. I called them and the manager offered me gift cards I was so upset he told me a nurse would be calling me nobody called me I called again and I spoke to a person by the name of Customer Incident Specialist, she is so rude and does not have any Customer Service experienced. I have to go see my own doctor I missed 4 days of work because of the diarrhea and cramps. I honestly thought they had better customer service. But then I read about all the incidents with food. What a sad business. Epecially right now with everything going on, they still don't care... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
