At 7pm ordered a Steak Burrito bowl with half and half rice black beans tomatoes lettuce cheese sour cream steak and guacamole with water. About 3 hours after eating i still felt the food wasn’t settling so I went to sleep woke up still felt full and nauseous about 5 hours prior to eating I began non stop vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
