Last night 05/04 - bowl w/ white rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, corn salsa, lettuce and guacamole - within an hour and a half of eating it I was doubled over in pain. Was up majority of night with almost unbearable stomach cramps. The worst started at 5 am, horrible cramping, uncontrollable diarrhea, a fever, sweating, shaking and eventually some vomiting. Could not get off of floor - headed to see a physician if this does not subside in next hour. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
