Got a steak bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, mild salsa, guacamole and lettuce. Plus chips and medium salsa just before 9pm. I woke up violently ill at 3am with nausea, vomiting and chills that subsided once everything came back up so it seems much more likely it was the food than any sort of stomach flu. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
