On 2/10/2023 Friday I ordered a chicken bowl with sour cream, cheese, avocado, and sauce. By the time I was done eating it my stomach started to turn. Rest of day was nauseous. All day Saturday, Sunday, Monday, now 530am 2/14/2023 Tuesday I have had diarrhea, cold chills, and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills
