Food poisoning after eating a salad bowl which included - Salad, brown rice, carne asada, black beans, pico de gallo, salsa, sour cream & guacamole.

Date & time: 10/27/2023 5pm CST

Symptoms set in about 5 hours after consumption and have persisted for 2 days now. They included:
- Chills
- Body Aches
- Extreme bloating
- Gastrointestinal distress
- Constipation
- Headache
- Weakness
- Night Sweats
- Fatigue
- Insomnia
- General Malaise | Symptoms: Headache, Weakness, Bloating, Chills, Fatigue, Body Ache, Gas, Constipation, Night Sweats
