Cold Burrito Bowl Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Portland Oregon

On 9/20 at about 2:30pm, my boyfriend and I shared a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, veggies, carnitas, pico and corn salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce.
The girl who put the bowl together spilled nearly every scoop into other food containers and acted like it didn't happen, which was fairly unsettling.

When we ate the bowl about 5 minutes later, it was very cold and tasted off. I started getting a really bad stomach ache at around 2am, and by 5am I was violently ill. My boyfriend started getting really sick at about 7am, and we have both been miserable in bed since then.
I'm their lover, but it will be a long time before I can build up the courage to go back. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain
