This is a newer restaurant - only opened a few months ago. I ate here a few weeks ago and i was fine. This time I wasn't so lucky. I had a rice bowl with the following: white rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese along with a side of guacamole and chips. I ate it around 2:30PM on 04/23/19. By 12:30am I was full blown sick - Nausea, bad diarrhea, severe bloating, gas, chills, sweats, stomach cramping, headache. Warm saliva feeling in back of throat like I'm going to vomit. Took Pepto last night, didn't sleep at all, still had symptoms this morning and took Immodium - that was about 3 hours ago and I still have symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Chills, Sweating, Gas
