Chicken Bowl Nausea Episode - Chipotle Mexican Grill, San Antonio Texas

On Friday July 28th at ~4:45 PM, I ate at Chipotle on Bitters near 281. I had the chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, the hottest sauce, the corn relish, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, & lettuce. At about 9:45 PM the same day, I started to get a headache. I was able to go to sleep but woke up in the middle of the morning. I felt bad with nausea; and violently threw up twice. I felt a little better after vomiting. The last food I ate that day was the Chipotle bowl. And, the vomit contained what I ate there. I did not have diarrhea and it feels as if I have a fever but feel too sick to take it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever, Diarrhea
