I went to the Wilmington Pike location just before 3:30 on 11/19 and placed an order to go. I took it home and ate it around 4:15. Well I woke up on 11/20 to get ready for work and I had diarrhea, sharp stomach pains and nausea. This continued throughout the day and I am still experiencing the pain now (3:30pm on 11/21). I made a dr appointment to see if it could be E. coli since there is another outbreak that was just announced. I can’t be seen until Friday afternoon at 2:15. I ordered a bowl to go with a tortilla inside, white rice, black beans, steak and carnitas (full portions), hot salsa, sour cream and lettuce. :-( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
