My husband and I picked up Chipotle for dinner. I got a burrito bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, tomato salsa, fajitas, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, chicken. My husband has a streak burrito without the fajitas. It was around 8pm. He never got sick. Around 11pm, I was forcefully vomiting for 2 hours the entire contents of my stomach until I vomited bile. It must have been fajitas. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
