- comments: observed no certified food managers certificate posted to view while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (cooked pizza & milk). Must provide and maintain. (priroity foundation 7-38-012)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap in left corner of lunch room door. Must make door tight fitting.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no chemical test kit to check sanitizing solution ppm's at 3- compartment sink. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed low hot water pressure at far left faucet at 3- compartment sink. Must repair or replace.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: must repair or replace hole in lower wall in kitchen staff toilet room,missing ceiling tiles in lunch room.
