Pretty sure it was from there Between 1-2 hrs after consuming a hot fudge sundae, I started getting stomach cramps which led to diarrhea, then projectile vomiting, and blood in stool. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool
