- comments: observed gap opening approx:1/2' inch at bottom corner of west entrance door. Must make door tight fitting to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed stained cutting boards on top of the 4-door prep line cooler at front prep area. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and maintain.

- comments: observed torn door gaskets inside of the 4-door prep line cooler at front prep area. Instructed to replace the torn door gaskets and maintain.

- comments: instructed to remove excessive accumulation of dusts on condensor/fan covers in walk-in-cooler and detail clean rolling utility baking carts with dried-up food debris.
