- comments: no conspicuously placed thermometers inside one door cooler behind the ice cream freezer and the sandwich prep cooler. Must provide conspicuously placed thermometers.

- comments: pest control book not available at the time of inspection. Must provide accessible log book. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(c).

- comments: cutting board on sandwich prep cooler had dark black stains and open seams. Cutting board must be maintained in good condition.

- comments: unable to find location of back flow prevention devices for water supply to the cappuccino/espresso machine, rear coffee brewer and hose connection under rear three compartment sink. Back flow prevention devices must be visible and locatable for the above.
