5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed employee procedure for vomiting and diarrheal events. However no supplies. Instructed to provide all the necessary required items, including disposable gloves,face mask, disposable mop and appropriate sanitizer for norovirus. Priority foundation.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed improper temperatures of tcs foods inside of coolers at improper temperatures. Approx ( 2) 20-lbs large containers of cooked beans at improper temperatures of 45. 0f,48. 0f,(3) 20-lb containers of salsa at 50. 0f to 52. 0f, 8-lbs of cooked pork at 50. 0f, 15-lbs of green salsa at 52. 0f, 30-lbs of homemade red salsa at 58. 0f, 20-lbs of raw steak at 50. 0f. Instructed to maintain all cold (tcs) all foods at 41. 0f or below. All foods was removed, discarded by pic at cost approx $400. 00. Priority violation issued 7-38-005.

- comments: repeat-observed no disclosure/reminder posted. Instructed manager to provide consumer advisory with disclosure/ reminder for all undercooked foods served,( eggs, steak,hamburgers). Priority foundation issued 7-38-005
33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed cooler being used maintaining improper cold temperature of 54. 0f. Cooler must maintain 41. 0f or below. Instructed to use additional cooler on site that 41. 0f or below-cos. Cooler taged by cdph. Must contact health dept for tag removal before using. Priority violation issued 7-38-005.

- comments: observed no proof of allergen training for pic. Instructed to provide for all managers with city of chicago food sanitation certificate.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed previous core violations still exist from last inspection report dated ( 2/1/19. )#36- observed no thermometer in reach-in and prep coolers. Instructed manager to provide accurate thermometers in all coolers# 47-observed food stored in grocery bags in chest freezer in basement. Instructed to properly store all food in food storage bags or containers. #51-observed no back flow device on utility sink. Instructed manager to provide back flow device. # 55- observed unused articles and equipment stored in basement. Instructed manager to remove all unused equipment to prevent pest harborage. Instructed to correct all violation by reinspection. Priority foundation issued 7-42-090
