- comments: observed pipe with running water connected to ice machine which was placed in hand washing sink in dishwashing area. Hand washing sink must be only used for hand washing and must be accessible at all times. Must remove pipe from hand washing sink. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed raw shrimp at improper cold holding temperature at 63. 1f sitting out on shelf. Also observed shredded queso cheese at 44. 9f and sliced tomatoes at 43. 8f in refrigerator. Tcs foods must be held at 41. 0f or below. Food voluntarily discarded by employee. Food weighing approximately 15 lbs at a cost of $50. 00. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed packaged food storage items, packaged cups, to go containers and utensils in boxed truck behind establishment. Instructed to store items inside licensed facility to protect items from sources of contamination.

- comments: must clean excessive grease from under grill at main prep line. Must clean heavy grease build up from inside of cooking fryer.

- comments: must clean heavy grease build up at ventilation hood to prevent grease spills onto food.
