Report date: Aug 7, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-010)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 125 or more rat droppings on floor under most display shelves on sales floor,inside of saw machine,on & under meat display unit,rear beer walk in cooler,along wall bases of gaming machines,rear large liquor storage area also. Appx. 25 or more mice droppings in lower vanity in women's toilet room. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 8/7/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed an appx. '1-2' gap along bottom of front door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: must replace worn and pitted cutting boards.

- comments: must clean debris build up on some display shelves on sales floor,meat dept. -saw machine,prep tables,meat coolers,3- compartment sinks,front window sills,liquor shelves behind service counter,vanity at hand sink in men's toilet room,beer walk in cooler fan guard covers,exterior of grease trap at 3- comp sink. Must defrost ice cream freezer.

- comments: must repair or replace some damaged and missing floor tiles throughout and flooring at service counter,stained ceiling tiles where needed.
