- comments: observed dust accumulation on fan guard in walk in cooler and ice build up on condenser in walk in cooler. Instructed to clean.

- comments: employee washroom door is not self-closing. Instructed to make door self-closing to prevent contamination of hands after being washed.

- comments: observed four burned out lightbulbs in rear food prep area and under hood in front prep area. Must replace and maintain.
