- comments: no certified food service manager on site, no certificate posted while handling and serving tcs foods ( eggs, ham, potatoes. . . ) instructed to obtain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012.

9. No bare hand contact with rte food or a pre-approved alternative procedure properly allowed
- comments: bare hand contact with ready-to eat foods. Observed a cook assembling a sandwich by grabbing bread, sliced tomatoes, cheese and lettuce with bare hands. Instructed manager not to handle ready-to-eat foods with bare hands. Priority volitation 7-38-010.

- comments: shelves cooking equipment through facility not clean, food debris and grease build-up noted. Instructed to clean and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: nylon sheets covering sections in prep kitchen ceiling, card board used as a barrier between 3-comp and rear storage. Instructed to provide proper surfaces and maintain.
