- comments: visible and working thermometer needed in the 1-door milk cooler behind the coffee front counter area in starbucks food preparation area. Must provide thermometer and mainytain.

- comments: must properly label food storage containers when food is not in the original container and maintin at all times.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor inside dairy cooler. Must elevate items of the floor and maintain.

- comments: observed dirt and debris inside 2-door reach-in cooler located in rear hot food preparation area. Must clean interior surfaces of cooler and maintain at all times.

Observed an excessive amount of dust build up on wall behind food prep tables in rear hot food preparation area. Must clean and maintain. Observed an excessive amount of dust build up on ceiling ventilation vents inside the chicken room in rear of premises and ventilation fans inside reach-in process meat rear display area. Must clean and maintain. Observed dirt and food debris on floor inside all walk-in coolers and under around and behind all cooking equipment in rear hot food preparation area. Must clean and maintain at all times. Observed a few water damaged ceiling tiles above cutting tables behind meat counter. Must repair or replace.
