- comments: instructed to provide handwashing signage at all handsinks (prep areas,bar).

- comments: observed a slight debris accumulation encrusted on the interior of the ice machine. Must remove debris, detail clean inside ice machine/have serviced and maintain ice machine at all times.

- comments: found low temperature dish washing machine, not in use, located in the kitchen area at '0' ppm. A mechanical dishwashing machine must provide a final sanitizing rinse of either 50 � 100 ppm chlorine (for chemical sanitizing machine) or 180f final rinse (for hot water sanitizing machine). Dishmachine is tagged 'held for inspection' at this time. Instructed not to use until repaired (see comments below). Priority violation 7-38-025.

- comments: found consumer advisory disclosure statements written improperly on the menus. Management instructed to disclose which foods can be ordered 'raw' or under cooked and link those foods with an asterisk (*) to a reminder statement that states that eating raw or under cooked foods can increase your risk of food borne illness. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.

- comments: instructed to properly label food containers/bins identified with common name (salt, sugar, flour etc).

- comments: observed gap opening at bottom of rear kitchen exit door. Instructed to pest proof mentioned door all across the bottom to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed broken lid to ice machine. Instructed to repair/replace lid to ice machine and maintain.
